b18c1 motor lagging

ok, my motor is lagging. it is a b18c1 block/b16a head. Has ctr piston and skunk 2 stg 2 cams, and 255lph fuel pump. It idle good and rev good just sitting. when i drive it, that's when it lag like fuck. Any idea's. what kind of tuning i need. Short on cash.
