    Default Boosting a Y8

Okay....Im new to the world of boost, so any suggestions whatsoever, or any help would and will be greatly appreciated. Okay, I have a D16Y8 which is being fully built for boost except for the fact that it will have stock sleeves. How much boost is safe for a D-series motor with stock sleeves, and how much power can i expect to make?
