if you get eagles make sure to have them machined, ive heard of many times they are out of round

Eagles are not the best but they are pretty good. Never had a problem with them being out of round or anything. Manley makes a rod thats about the same price as the eagles.

I vote for Pauter also. But eagle rods are good for low budget builds.
I personally have seen them make over 800hp, but the question isnt will they breck its when will they and how much will it cost too fix all the damage.

If your going for anything under 500hp i would run them with out thinking about it!! anything over you might wanna get Crower or Pauter!!

i have always used Eagle and have had good luck with them. i have 592 whp and they are holding great. also i know for a fact that RLZ ENGINEering runs them in their race car and its making 700+. they run the same motor the entire season. good stuff
