    Default turbo upgrade.... need suggestions...

I am looking for a turbo that will be put on a stock D series at the moment but that can later be used for more power gains on say... a Built D series! so right now I am looking for a turbo that wont have to much lag and can put out from 190-220 on a stock d series with how ever much boost it needs for that... and then later when I swap in a better engine... I want to be able to put out 275-325.... So does anyone have any good suggestions of turbo's that are flexible like this? I have had the T3 Super sixty suggested to me. And I have looked into t28's and the like but I am still a novice when it comes to all of this ... So your suggestions and comments are greatly welcome!
