    Default Wheel locks. How to get them off w/o key?

    I have wheel locks on my two back tires and I can't get them off and i NEED tires!! I have gone to tires plus, kauffman tire, etc but none of them can get my wheels off even when trying to drill them off it messed up my rims!! HELP!! DOES NE ONE KNOW A SPECALIZED PLACE THAT CAN TAKE OFF MY WHEELS WITHOUT A KEY???

    or you can go to sears and get the craftsman universal tool to remove those lug nuts

    I wish I could do that but when I took it to Tires Plus they messed up the bolt and not it is all crooked and bent out of shape

    If they cannot then they shouldn't even try.

    If they tried and mess yours up, you should already have the wheels off already AND a new set of wheels, at their own expense.

    If that is the case then the company that did it owes you new lug nuts and you will probably need a new wheel hub as well (I know out of experience I cross threaded my lug bolts once).

    Not true. If he gave it the okay to try to remove the locks he was pretty much giving it the okay regardless what happens. You can try to get them to pay though, but they will say something like this.

    take a pic of the wheel.....they're so many differant versions plus we don't know how much clearance there is around the lock to the to the wheel so it's impossible to give any insight on getting them off.

    Yea i told them tho to try to get them off no matter what bc my tires are so bald andddd the guy that worked on them is a pastor at the church i go to. ha. guess im just shit out of luck huh?

    If you didn't get the lock off - talk to Josh at Rockwell Automotive near Singleton and Jimmy Carter. He can probably do it.

    used to work at a high performance wheel shop, i am willing to bet that you have open ended spline drive that uses the cheap black key? we had so many problems with those things.

    take it to my store at Discount tire in douglasville.. ask for stephen and I CAN DO IT!!!! i guarantee it... as long as i see them first before i guarantee it! i know this is old thread but holla at me if you ned it still..pm me
