well i kinda spelled it out for you...

1) determin who you want as a sponsor
2) contact them
3) see if they even do that and tell them what you can do for them
4) be prepared to spend $$$ and/or kiss lots ass while marketing the company

i've had sponsors for the last 3 car builds i did and why everyone thinks its a piece of cake to do such is beyond me; fortunately enough i have a nice site to back me on my relationships w/ sponsors. #1 goal sponsors want a return on their investment.
