    Default head porting?

I know after your head is ported, it should get on a flow bench and tested. How do you determine what cams are good for your application?

I wanna go with a mild set-up, but would like to make 190-200 whp. Wanted to go with a set or ITR or CTR to keep mostly Honda stuff in the motor, but with aftermarket valvetrain to handle over 8300rpm's. Plus, i know alot of people running the BC Spec III's and swear by them.... Those would be my second choice, but want the cams that will work properly with my port job..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

youll need a good header and cams to make 190-200whp

I would Run Rocket Motorsports M22s and valvetrain

if ytou are running higher compression, use some bigger camshafts.

If you want to run BC3s then run Rockets valvetrain , PM me for more info
