    Default how to build realiable ls/vtec ???

    I was wondering about what is a cheap motor for me to put in a ef hatch.I seen a ls block and I want to build a motor so i think i wanna do ls/vtec but i was wondering what internals should i use. Ive heard about people doing b20s vtec but i always hear about them messing up someone that knows how to build reliable ls vtec help
