The entire front end is different, look at the "teeth" on the bumper and those plastic vents under the lights, even the lights are different.

Both pictures have the "teeth" in the bottom if you look closely. Just the first one has them black instead of color matched to the car. I actually think the bigger vents under the headlights look better than the dinky little ones on the prototype. Finally, the headlight design is relatively the same. They just changed the interior light placement a little bit.
