    95mm motors dont make much power, he will make killer TQ, but peak power, they can rev high enough

    That's who i was thinking of Streetstuff!!

    I tnink Raceworks is still around. I passed by there like a month ago and they had the truck in the parking lot.

    Yeah, they are just not at the shop as much, usually out racing...The del sol was pretty much a stock build...The prelude had a pretty bad h23vtec in it, was told making 240+hp...He is local...

    word thats why you build a 92mm motor and have someone make you some custom lengh rods and custom pistons and you can achieve around the same r/s ratio as a ls if it's done right, so the damn bearings don't take a beating and need to be replaced every 5k or so if they last that long at 9500, because all the big cams need to rev atleast that high to make the peak power.


    i'm more impressed with the midrange on mine than i am the peak power hell it only makes that for a couple seconds lol fat curves FTW.

    i wouldnt say that.... i've seen H23VTEC's rev as high as 9000rpm...(turbo application)... and...there are some with 98mm cranks that are making shitload of power and dont have to rev that high.

    Engine Block: '93 H22a "bored and stroked" to 2.44ltrs of displacement built by Collective Racing. Custom 98mm Crank, Darton sleeves, Crower Pro-billet rods, 12/1 compression 89mm JE pistons, Prodrive oil pump, ATR crank pulley, manual timing belt tensioner conversion, ARP main studs.
    Cylinder head: Vance and Hines portwork, Skunk2 Pro 1 camshafts, Skunk2 springs and titainium retainers, 2000 Prelude LMAs, 50mm TWM ITBs, RC engineering 440cc Fuel injectors, STR cam seal, Skunk2 cam gears, RMF 4-1 header, ARP head studs, Cometic head gasket.
    Misc: NGK wires, Hondata S300 engine management

    94 Supra= 500rwhp
