You wanted to race until you realized that my car was running so then you wanted to have me come drive to you to talk in a parking lot at 1am in the morning. When I asked you if you would lock in a race you backed out. That's fact.

If you can't afford to run for $1k then what can you afford to run for? I saved you $200 last time so you can put that towards a real race.
Why would I keep the number of someone who turned down a race? I was serious, but you wouldn't commit and backed out. You have a real pattern of doing that.
