I can understand your point on this. To test this theory, i googled a local company that i have personal experience with and know is a good business. I simply googled "business name scammed" to see what popped up. I think the problem is that no business is perfect, no business pleases everyone. Even a major success like Apple probably has 1000s of complaints. A lot of businesses even have a complaint index that they keep up with and monitor the rise and falls. The goal is never perfection, because that goal is impossible.

the problem with car related business is that mistakes are still inevitably gonna happen, but people take them way more personal. If someone isnt happy with their car or part, they campaign against that company and it spreads like wildfire. Next thing you know, people are sharing opinions based on opinions of shared opinions. Once that fire is lit, you cant really put it out, so why bother.
