I strongly urge most of you to take another look at the GA State Laws, as a refresher. There are far too many who are misinformed and a little green on the trigger.
What was shown in the video was simple battery and classified as a misdemeanor. Pull & use your weapon over a misdemeanor and kiss your rights as a American goodbye, I wish you well in prison. However, if the aggressor had a weapon that changes everything. It then could be classified as aggravated assault/battery which is a felony and better grounds for deploying and using your weapon.
After all, you are not here to convince me...it is the 12 behind the counter that you have to convince that you're justified in killing someone over a misdemeanor.
tno, did that incident with your friend happen to take place in Cartersville? I remember something strangely familiar to that happening here a couple years back with the same scenario.
