Im not a baller, never said i was. Im just a baller compared to you LOL And yes, BALLERS have roomates. Wealth is maintained son, learn it. Just cause youre stuck in a aluminum siding house built in during the last depression doesnt make you "rich" either. I have a roomate, because its cheaper. Why pay $1700/month when i can pay $850. Im not buying a house because i like living downtown and not in the suburbs. I also dont know if you know or not, but Condos are a shitty investment. So im happy renting because i upgrade every couple of years and i have the freedom to move whenever i want (i travel alot). youre welcome for the free financial advice.
