Greatly depends on how hard VTEC kicks in.

If you set the VTEC controller for maximum VTEC... AND you have big enough injectors to keep up with the Stage 11 VTEC cam. It's possible to get a Super Speeder ticket.

Mike said no one in ga has every made 250hp, well james did not care to prove him wrong, but I knew it could be done, so I bought everything needed, later I changed my mind and went with a K20z1 swap.. I sold all my parts to a buddy, because he wanted to attempt a 240-250hp Motor.. SO, all parts where sent out, came back and I put everything together in the car!! Then its towed to morris and tuned!! Little did I know it would make 250 in this heat but it did so I posted it for Mike to see...

It took him that much time to find someone to spend the money to do it. He never could afford to do it on his own, so he waited until he could find someone to pawn off his old parts to.

The K was a no brainier, took me 4 years to agree with other.. Baseline all stock K can make 230hp with I/H and kpro.. Drop-in cams will net another 10, or jump to the 2.4 block and see 250+... Rocket science at it's best I guess!!

I have not dyno'ed this K, but the fastest mph was 108.. Food for thought, Built B series vs Stock K series!!
