yup with 205/15s BFG Drag Radials i ran 14.2 on a friday night with Chunky. Chunkys 240whp K Series ran 14.2s on street tires.

Either you made A LOT more power, or you were there on a track prepped night. I call bullshit on a low 13 second pass on straight up street tires unless you were making well over 200whp

Even the Import Xpert hatches were running 13.9-14.0 that night. Doesnt matter what you had , all i did was spin, i even let other people drive my car and we all got the same result. 2 months later i went back with 24.5in slicks, and they were way too big, i needed 22s cause i wasnt making enough power, and i was running 13.2-13.3 all day. Not bad for 200whp and a 4.4 FD. 22s i would have gotten into the high 12s which is what i was hoping for.

I never got to run it with the supercharger and 4.9, that would have been cool to see.

LOL ahhhh my feelings are hurt. youre right i could not get traction in first. Rest of my run(s) were clean. You cant fuck up a 1-3 gears and revving to 9900. I finished the quarter in 3rd gear.

My problem was the 2.3-2.4 60fts i could not overcome because the track wouldnt allow for it. I dropped my tired pressure down to 5psi and it still would not hook. Plus i was on BFGs, they are DOT tires so even though they are classified as "drag radials" then arent REALLY. I have several witnesses too, and several people who jumped in and drove after me. There were a bunch of NA cars there that night, no one was running a good time. Import Xpert left because the track was so bad.

So nice try. So a BONE STOCK MOTOR was running low 13s at commerce on street tires? Man that means there should be countless B16 swapped CRXs running low 13s then! (sarcasm) A bone stock motor means 170-200whp tops. even my Type-R motor with a header made 198whp.

I mean if you pulled it off good for you but ive been to commerce more than 50 times, and ive seen a ton of 180-200whp cars run, and the story is always the same. If you ahve street tires, you run really shitty times. period.

Tell you waht bring a STOCK moTOR car out on STREET TIRES to commerce and if you run faster than a 13.6 ill give you $100
