Supercharger way simpler, no turbo lag, easier to install
Stock itr motor +5 psi =240/160 and it cost me $1000 for the supercharger

If a stock h22 with bolt ons makes 210hp with a h2b setup and a stock h series makes 185hp with a h tranny what would a 252hp h series motor make bolted to a b series tranny ? Ill be willing to bet i could bolt a b16 tranny to the 252hp motor in the si hatch with a 3 inch exhaust and hit well above 260 (thats being moddest )

If we built that motor with kleft over shit i would be real curious to see what the next one bolted to a b16 with a 4.9 final drive will Do. I may have to take the 4.9 out but ill leave it in there why its on the dyno just for you gregg :)
Bobby want to put the 252hp h series in your 1,600 pound ef hatch lol? I have a extra sleeved block hell we might build another motor for the si hatch lol then auction the old one off. Like mike said build a 250 plus hp b series and see how long it stays together lol. This h series has been running for 3 years as a dd and beat on at the track when we get a chance . Yes people are running tens witht he same hp we are making . Personaly i would rather make more hp then ride around in a 1,600 pound shit box lol (just my prefrence). By saying that im not hating im just saying you learned the art of what a lower diff would do for you along time ago and that comes in real handy . The guy that was questioning how much hp i was making must have never looked at a h22 tranny graph and seen the 4.2 final and the longn as gears lol. That plus a 2,500 pound car will kill any 252 hp motor lol. I addressed that to bobby because i know he knows what a 4.2 final is and im sure the rest of you do to. Hell i could put a stock motor in the si hatch and my dad would be happy and we could build a car to race the 252 hp motor but why when you got the knowledge and parts to build a 300hp motor lol.
Ive done alot of testing and research on h22 to be able to do what i do with them . Kinda like bobby says if he compares his car to cars in georgia there isnt much to compare to. When i decided to build my set up all this hype wasnt going on and hell i didnt even know gregg,bobby,or mosely now me and mike has been friends for years. So were a 252hp h series is respectable in georgia its not shit on the west coast. Even on the west coast i have only seen a hand full of 300hp motors and thats why 300hp was my goal . If we had the discussions on honda tech that we have on here they would laugh us off there. Im not saying there so much smarter lol just that there actually is a few realy fast cars on there . I have also talked to several of them guys and half of them dont know shit besides they bought a nice set up lol .

Boost vs all motor, from a dig, street tires, boost loses easily, a boost car is only worth it if u have sum big ass radials and have suspension setup right do dig runs on the street. Now at the track boost cars are fastest on slicks. As many people stated above, HP isn't everything. From a dig anyways.
Whats your best time at the track and how much hp? Also what did your set up cosy you? Im running low 12s for the last three years with out turning a wrench for around 5,000 in the whole car . Thats my only point man . If i had a unlimited budget sure why not make 800hp and blow shit up all the time . I just dont or choose not to spend that on my hondas ( i cant say i dont have it because to many people no me on hear lol ).

Hell i cant say nothing if i couldnt get traction with brand new 22-9 at the track what the hell you think im going to do on the street . The two times ive even got in the hatch on the street i either passed a sherrif running over a hundred (nemo had to point him out because i never saw him lol) or i almost got ion a fight with a guy because when i steppep in it it started pulling toward the oncoming lane and of course i didnt let out . For the record i never left my lane that guy was just a prick and i told him so lol.
I just felt bad because i can see somebody doing a drive by while my dads cruising to the shop one dau because of my wreckless driving . I promise you i try not to drive it as much as i can . It seems to last longer that way lol. Yes my dad read this foroum every night lol. He has always said ive got two gears wide open or dead stop no in between lol. He might be right .
because us front wheel drive guys have traction trouble lol . Ive alwasy been one of the best i know at getting a front wheel drive to hook on the street feathering the clutch just doing what ever its all come natural when you played alot on dirt roads growing up but still no match for rear wheel drives .

One of the best dd ive ever seen was a si hatch with ac and a pro charger on it . Instant power ran 11s and real reliable . i agree over all turbos are better but for the average person that buys a turbo kit they would be happier with super charger . I can also take you for a ride in a 85 chevy truck ,tubbed, with a big block super charged ,probably over 1,200hp (never been dynoed to mu knowledge0. it gets no traction either and is very scary lol.
If you can keep the drive train together a evo is the best for street racing . Before e man decided to make over 1,000 hp his shit was king shit on the street point blank. Anybody that knows the car knows at 800hp blowing all 4 tires up at 70 mph is just fucking nasty. But you got to figure he has to have what 80,000 dollars in that car. My point has always been what can you do with a certain amiunt of money not a unlimited budget .
The last time i saw that car was about a year ago al was using my paint booth to do the wide body kit and it wasnt running right. He has enough money to get that car back right and im sure it will always be streetable lol.

Car sold on street car forums, it was just a 306 with heads and blower cam.. It had a small Vortech also with heavy susp work!! Car never seen a track but ran hard on the street, I think he sold it with a bent rod for cheap price.. It was electric blu I think, i almost bought it.. If only it was a coupe..LOL

On my last dyno sheet, my car made 330 with the blower, before I sent it for a rebuild to freshen it up. That was a 10#s of boost. Its a small Vortech - entry model.
I have a low mileage stock, original block - not a 306.
I am stock suspension - although I did replace the rear lower control arms with weight jackers - needed to clear my new wheels - 18" AREs.
I have full interior, stereo, etc. Battery is even still up front. My car is not a drag car by any means.
