3. we were not racing, this was at import showdown during a test and tune session between elim rounds and was the first time the car came out on a 200 shot and I was focusing on not blowing out an axle that cost as much as your car

Im just glad you finaly took some advice and bought a fast car the only problem now is you have some big shoes to feel if that car doesnt run a 12 second all motor pass we are all going to give you strait hell . On the up side if you run faster then a 12.5 josh will never live it down (all motor) . I dont think you have anything to worry about josh lol.

If you were really smart, you would have gone after my known weaknesses - you would have wanted to run at Commerce, not SDR, since you know that I have never gotten a good launch there, you should have wanted it to be 1/8 mile, as we already know that you should normally get a better 60', and you should have chosen street tires, to limit my traction and hurt my 60' as much as possible. You missed on all three key items (SDR, slicks, 1/4 distance) and helped improve my chances. So, I guess that I should say thanks for the added help when I take my cash from you! Don't worry - I will put it to a good cause - more car parts.
I know what power and weight you have, and I also know that the 60' will be the most important part of the race. You've already seen how badly I do in the 60'.
Evil Goat probably doesn't want you to run faster than him on the same setup.Probably would like for you to run about 2/10s slower - just good enough. Of course, you would probably be happy with that also. Personally, I think that if you get within a 1/2 second of his times on the same setups, you should be happy. If you do get to that point, I will be happy for you. I would like to see you get low 12's on just motor on hard radial street tires. I'm seen others do it, so it is possible.

Lol, David I was thinking the same thing about the race. SDR actually hooks, unlike Commerce. He thinks he knows his hustle, then gives you every chance to win.
If he went low 12s on motor with hard radial that would make him a better driver than josh since josh did it on slick...
