wasnt there a track built in san diego just to help prevent street racing??? even though cali has some strict laws, atleast they want to try and help by building tracks and throwing fundraisers... oh and they aslo have beat the heat where you get to race the cops... for ga to be such a nascar/ pro racing state they sure do suck when comes to supporting the racers...
