I never make physical threats to people, nor claim I'd do something off of this site. I don't bring up people's personal lives whenever they say something about my CAR that I don't like. I don't try to act like a hardass or tough guy, I just get sick of the assholes around here like most everyone else does. I had a lot more fun in my bolt on '85 Corvette than I do in my Z06. The Z06 is leap years ahead as far as technology and performance go, but for the pure "feel" and "fun" factor, I've gotta say the 'ol rigid suspension LCD dash cable throttle and clutch car with the "torque monster" L-98 in it was more enjoyable to drive around.

I've actually just put the Z up for sale, and I'm starting to look for an '85 - '87 Vette with a 4+3 manual in it, now heh

I am still not seeing the connection here. If I don't agree with something a friend of mine says, I just don't say anything. Have I ever condoned or supported the shit talking from my "posse" that I don't like from other people? Have I ever said "It's ok for Btstone to be this way, but it's not ok for you to be that way"? We all know that it's just a big drama fest talking about Btstone's car, and there's no definite right or wrong answer. He's shared info with me about it that he may or may not share with you guys, and whether that info is true or not is beside the point....because you guys are all just SURE he's a liar because you don't like him.

I have never agreed with Thacker trying to race people that are slower than him for money, and I've actually told him that IN PERSON. We're still friends, but there are a lot of things he does or says that I simply don't agree with....he's different than I am. Smacked has called out slower cars, but he's also gotten beaten by cars that are supposed to be slower than him (remember what his reputation was when he first got on here?) so I honestly have no problem with him. He is usually respectful with his initial callout, regardless of what the discussion may turn into. But unlike you, Smacked doesn't try to downplay his car at all. He posts his dyno numbers, suspension mods, what tires he will be on, and we all know he had an 11.7 for the longest time, before he beat that with an 11.4 recently. And those times are all pretty accurate to what the car SHOULD be running, unlike the near 2 second variation you like to pawn your car off on. Which, by the way, I didn't realize your 14.1@99 was done BEFORE your valvetrain job....which makes it even more bullshit that you tried to use your old time to describe how fast your car is currently.

Yes, I am going to have more of a tolerance for shit from my friends than random people...but who doesn't? You and your "posse" do the same shit on here as well. Sometimes it's best to just STFU altogether... something I have learned and am a better person for learning it. Sometimes it's best to keep your (not YOU per say, I mean everybody) raggedy ass opinion to yourself.

As far as this part goes - you don't get it. I do not know of any1 who "doesn't like Brandon". For you to assume that no1 likes him is wrong. The diffference is simply this - when you don't have anything to race just STFU. No1 is "attacking" Brandon - no1 is "mistreating" him or calling him out unfairly. He brings attention to himself b/c he hasn't learned when to stfu. He and I have a love/hate relationship online but no1 (at least as far as I know) cares THAT much about it to SERIOUSLY not like the guy... they just don't like his antics. He wouldn't like it if some1 acted like he does either.

I don't treat my "friends" any different than I do any1 else in relation to how they are. If I can't give my friends a throat-punch or a gut-check and say "STFU man and quit being a douche" then who will? A friendship with me is TOUGH LOVE - not "silence" when I should be telling them to stop being/acting an ass. The difference is I can tell my friends the TRUTH and still love them afterwards and invite them over for beer. Why would I have a friend who sugar-coats shit for me? Hell I can get an enemy to do that. You said you "just don't say anything" - that's a fucked up friend IMO. Any1 of my friends who just "doesn't say anything" when I'm being a dork shouldn't be my friend - my friends should be the FIRST to tell me to chill the fuck out - not the last.
