Finally bought a tow vehicle...
'96 Z71, extended cab with the 3rd door, 143k miles, paid $500 for it
It wouldn't start, QWKD16 did the troubleshooting and we put a $86 fuel pump in it and i drove it home....then the ignition switch took a shit, lol....gonna pick one up in the next week or two i guess, for now it's hit or miss getting it to start, but no biggy....can't complain for what i paid for it
nevermind the stickers....all of them will be removed at some point

haha, me and trenton took it up the 4 wheeler trails near our house after you left earlier
i have the ignition temporarily fixed....doesn't seem to be making a good connection so i threw a zip tie on it and it cranks every time now....not sure i want to spend the $90 on a new switch if the connection would still be shot out
i've been after the guy to sell it to me for a while now, we negotiated prices back and forth for a couple weeks and i got him down to $900 and i just let it sit, figuring if he sat on it some more he'd bite at a lower offer and then he sent me a text wanting to know if i would give him $500 for it, so i went and scooped it up

thanks again guys....no plans for the truck, other than a good wax and debadging. Just going to use it for towing the gto here and there, i still have my civic for a dd, but i may end up selling it and driving the truck

I can get awesome deals on body parts (the front end) and maybe the ignition switch. I'm about to be ordering the front end for my Camaro since it's busted up. I can check on prices if you want.

Cause their (some family member) did the troubleshooting and thought it had fuel to the engine and couldnt figure it out and let it sit. Sometimes it is better to bite the bullet and pay a shop $72 to diagnose it properly. Glad Evil Goat got him a nice truck!
