theres one in valdosta that has a H2B with intake, header, and blox b cams that went 12.3 @ 111mph with a 1.7 60ft, there was another one in cairo that by his 1/8th mile times wouldve been a 12.8 pass on stock motor and prelude si tranny, so yes H22s can run in the 12's..dont forget about the euro r motors that make over 200hp
