Troof, and also the fact if one would take you to court, just tell them it was all digitally created. They cant prove half the crap in videos based on our technology today that can pretty manipulate anything.

But it is stupid that people who race on here do not block out their plates.

i'm just saying likely hood is small but you never know - they are cracking down like crazy and considering the current economic status if they can punish extra few 100 cases for reckless driving/street racing fines would make up some budget deficits

That is only true for a commercial truck (and over xxx weight - I think it was 16K #s) , as you are required to keep logs. Private vehicles do not have logs and you are not required by law to disclose who was driving at the time.

Racing on the highways includes “any race, speed competition or contest, drag race or acceleration contest, test of physical endurance, exhibition of speed or acceleration, or for the purpose of making a speed record….” §40-6-186(b)
