    great, it can be like an 'ia bully beatdown'

    i do have a couple of my old gyms we could do this at and i could get refs if you guys really wanna do this.

    really need to do something like 3- 1 min rounds or maybe 1.5 min rounds. fighting is rough and takes incredible stamina to stand toe to toe for even one 5 min round. really need to enforce min light gloves and maybe headgear at a min so nobody would get seriously hurt imho

    i agree, as for refs like i said at my gym, im good friends with the trainer so he could host and ref. n trust me, i dont see to many people arguing with his calls lol!
    im sure this thread will never happen but if it does, it will be awesome!

    I'm down for that idea. 3 1 min rounds or 2 min rounds sounds about right. Lighter gloves equal more damage(more punch) and heavier gloves equals less damage and more protection for face. 16oz or 12oz boxing gloves sounds about right, unless you want mma gloves.
