Well there are a lot of great places, so you should be able to find a place that suits your needs, and is close in proximity. Alliance, Creightons, KBX, Ascension MMA, etc, are all great places and have pro fighters there to learn from. BJJ wise, this state is better than most others. Murgel, Jacare, and Paul are some of the best, and you couldn't ask for better instruction. They are all top notch black belts.

Amen to that! You know I train Muay Thai with Khunpon Dechkampu at Bangkok Boxing now. I have been practicing BJJ as well.
