    I cant believe some ppl on here actually think they can last like a real MMA fighter.I guarantee that by the first round by 1:50 or even less that most ppl will be gasping for air.

    Thaaaaaats about right. My first few weeks of bjj @ Knuckleup were intense. I couldn't even last one 5 minute roll. Fuckers on TV just make it look easy.

    Yeah BJJ is a completely different animal than stand up...more anaerobic work on your body. You train Carlos Gracie style? My good friend is a Renzo Gracie blue belt under Paul Creigton in Lawrenceville.
