Im sure they are and i mean mod for mod when i say that any time i have a race with one were i can hook i pull on them dont know why it must be the little weight difference but i live it Ga and mine is a 11 second SRT-4 with slicks. But i have never raced one on the track but on the street one that is mod for mod gets me from a stop but from any roll i can get them.

I have a medium sized turbo Evo, run me. Roll/dig whatever you want. I'd like to see what it can do against your SRT-4. Especially if you pull big turbo Evo's. You'll probably win but it will be fun
