Well, just get a lawyer man. I just went to court last week for 99 in a 45. 54mph over speed limit! I paid my lawyer, who has gotten me out of MUCH worse charges than this, and all it netted me was 1k dollar fine, and 6pts on my license. Everything will depend on how good your driving record was prior to this incident. Trust me.

Oh shit, you'll be fine then man. Don't worry about it. Are you over 21? If so, you're in the clear. You're gonna get a heavy fine, and a bunch of points, but you'll be ok.
