And what's your theory behind that? A guy basicly makes a thread about an emissions related question but you can't ask it in an open forums? Is it that top secret to the point that even something as simple as posting what numbers you failed by so hard? Why should someone send you a PM? Why don't you ask the question and someone replies with an answer which they believe or not to be 100% correct? I don't mind helping anyone and to the OP, I meant no offense when I initially said that I wouldn't send you a pm, it just meant that I wouldn't send you a PM in general because I don't know who you are and what your intentions are as a whole. For all I know, you could be one of those secret shoppers that the EPA like to employ to go out to different emissions shops. It could be that you would like a definate location. I don't know what's your intent. Ask a general question and you get a general response. Plain and simple.
