    Default Dont know who he is. White Civic With Red Rims.

    i was driving down jimmy carter with my friends and girlfriend and a white civic pulled up. he took off so i downshifted too and went. but my girlfriend was yelling at me and told me to stop so i slowed down. i dont have that much power in my car but that civic looked like my level so yeah, i want to race him. anyone know who he is? White civic with Red Rims, foglights, tow hook thing in the back, red interior, and long hair hispanic guy.(sorry if your not) Car was clean and i think it would be a close race. Maybe 40-120? pm me if your the guy.

    99% of civics on jimmy carter are hispanics so chances are slim to none. the reason for that civic being so clean is he probably just bought it from an asian person that day and is on his way to autozone to fcuk it up with APC shiet (he's like stupid yellow JDM foglight, blue square foglight much better..aahhh yess GT-R badge)..oh well it's O.T.
