great concept, but wouldn't rewarding the two "fastest times" indicate the two people who basically break the most laws on public roads? that's risky business right there. did that not raise a red flag in your head when you came up with it?
sounds like a good time if people keep their wits about them, but making it a competition of sorts can ruin the good natured idea of the event.
well thats not totally true, if somebody is breaking the law AND gets caught doing 100+ then they won't have the fastest time thats for sure hahaha
