    If I purchase firearms from an individual is there anything I have to do ? Register etc...

    I know I would need to get my CCW if I want to carry...

    Nope. You shouldnt register any gun you own. Keep a personal record of your serial numbers if you ever need to report anything stolen and get your permit to carry. Your car is your own private property, as long as the gun is locked inside of a compartment for transport, the police cant bother you. Once the gun is at your home, same principle applies, its your business what you own.

    Unless the laws recently changed it doesnt have to be locked up if you dont have a permit.
