whats the best in dash dvd player that will last.

I see most guys feedback saying that alpine sucks and right now pioneer and kenwood is the best. Is this true why and why not?

What about JVC. I am looking for "made in japan" products only.

My vote goes to Eclipse no matter where its made. The AVN-7000 is an amazing unit.

not really. 90% of mainstream amps, subs, and headunits are made in Korea. The companies are just based out of Japan or the US. Most of the really high end stuff is made in Germany.
