ok well i have a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment and i need a roomate. it is located in the gainesville oakwood area right by the new best buy. it is called carringhton luxury apartment homes. its right up the raod from lanier lake club apartments. it is very nice has a pool, tennis courts, very nice fitness center, mailboxes, and a car wash center. and its on the second floor so there is a balcony pateo thing.

im 19 and go to lanier tech. im just lookin for a cool person who is chill.

rent:
the rent for it is $425 a month plus half utilities which those i am paying like $70 a month so it would be around $35 for utilities.

it already has highspeed internet, cable and all that good stuff.
