turbo spiking pretty bad stock SR t25

anytime i take it past 4k it wants to hit 18-19 psi on a stock SRt-25 now i have heard that the diaphram goes out on the interal wastegate, but i am checking all the vacum lines tommorrw

Does this happen when you floor it at a very low rpm and climb up to 4000?

What is your boost controller set at?It may be bad... If you dont have one its either the wastegate actuator or a leaking line between the boost source and the wastegate.

i am running greddy profec 2b ebc, it was set at 8 for low and 14 for high or .52 and 1.00 bar
