Hondata or some sort of ECU.

ECU cause whatever you do next, your gonna need it anyway.

Chrome PRO ECU $180-220 from digitalboxtuning.com
Conversion Harness $90

type S cams wpuld be a plus. If you want to stay N/A, I would get a set of cams of some sort, and a programmable ECU (chrome) What type of intake manifold do you have? If you have a skunk2 or Euro-R, get a ECU made to run a single plane IM. The P13 is made to run the dual plane manifold.

YOu need to build you car evenly

You have no brake or suspension upgrades to handle your engine (as puny as a honda engine may be :P)

IMHO
Get some coilovers or a good shock/spring combo
As well as some vented brembo blanks and some better brake pads. I like endless personally

I would have to agree, suspension and brakes would be a rather smart idea.

Prelude's come with pretty good brakes from the factory. I had the factory Nissin rotor's and pads on my prelude for about 10k miles and never had a problem with fade, including braking 120-20 once to avoid a deer... It stops pretty quick. If you plan on auto-x'ing any, then you should probably get a set of rotors and pads get some braided lines and upgrade the brake fluid (I use Motul).

as for the suspension, tein basics will probably be sufficient for your needs.

goddamnit! I got beat to it again! yes prelude breaks are wonderfull under heavy usage. Yes tein basics would probably serve it's purpose.
