That said, this thread has turned really gay really fast. Half of the numb nuts on here haven't even taken their cars to a REAL race track or gotten REAL timeslips or REAL dyno numbers. A bunch of arm chair quarterbacks freakin magazine racing. It's stupid as hell.

All Bullshit aside we can have a Domestic vs Imports @ Carolina on Sat. Nov 25th. Any of you that have never been to this track I promise you that you will not be disappointed. It is just a few miles outside of Augusta and you are more than welcome to bring all the imports you wish, the faster the better. I would really like to meet a lot of you guy's and if any of you know a guy named Kevin with a turbo Accord that use to work in Athens let him know too. He also has a red Ferrari or did the last time that we saw him.
Not to insult anyone but I will be more than happy to let any of our cars run against any of your imports and I will handicap ours down to motor only if need be to make it fun and competitive. Isn't that what it is suppose to be anyway??? Fun right? I know you don't build your cars just so you can act like assholes so let's have some fun. If this works out really good I will continue to invite the imports every year to our event.
We race for fun and we enjoy it to the max. No bull shitting, no crying or pouting win or lose we really don't care but either way we know how to have fun and enjoy the sport.
With that being said anyone that cares to make a day of it and want to bring your imports I assure you that there will be no shit started at our track day or they will be removed from the track premises.

Guy, I organized a Domestic Vs Import race at SDR a few months ago. I posted it here, on SCF, on supraforums, STI forums, on viper forums...all over the place. It turned out to be a pretty good event, but there was unfortunately very little import vs domestic racing. It turned into a normal track day for the most part. There were dome cool domestics there, but a lot of them didnt take the event seriously. Not to disappoint, but I dont know how much interest you are hoping for.
And Carolina is lot farther to drive. Good luck with this though.

I wanted to go take my girls to that race but we ended up out of town. Sorry that I missed it but if you do it again next year we will sure try to make it.
We already have the track for the day and I just wanted to make sure that the imports new that they were welcome to settle any grudges or just come to have fun. Hell Carolina is only 2 hours from Atlanta and you can't compare SDR to Carolina even on a good day so bring yours too.

SDR has worked well for me in the past; Ive always liked it. Ive never been to carolina, but reynolds is closer for most people, and its reasonably priced.

It took that 240 race gas, and 23.5 PSI, to run even with a c6 z06 from a roll. And I am sorry, from lankhoss's videos hes not the best shifter in the world.


You act like that 240, in its current set up would be worth a shit aroun a track.

When I say all around car, I mean alot of things. Look good, sound good... run damn good... go around a road course if you wanted, and kill in a straight line if need be. That vette and the 240 aren't even in the same LEAGUE for that. That vette was full weight, that 240 is a primered down rattle trap of shit. Guy, I organized a Domestic Vs Import race at SDR a few months ago. I posted it here, on SCF, on supraforums, STI forums, on viper forums...all over the place. It turned out to be a pretty good event, but there was unfortunately very little import vs domestic racing. It turned into a normal track day for the most part. There were dome cool domestics there, but a lot of them didnt take the event seriously. Not to disappoint, but I dont know how much interest you are hoping for.
And Carolina is lot farther to drive. Good luck with this though.

As far as RJs325ITS, thats Raffa, he has been around for A LONG TIME. He races the shit out of his car on the street an track.

Raffa has always been the most competitive guy i have ever met. He loves to race and is always ready to run. Ive never known him to make excuses either.

Raffa is a TRACK/CLUB racer. He races his Red Beamer at road atlanta, an other tracks, thats what it is built for. He is NOT some import ricer kid. He genuinely loves to race. and he does it very well.

hell yeah thats fast to me! Im 19 and drive a fuckn 200rwhp IS3. 600hp is DAMN fast to me. Im way outta my league, but seriously ne thing above 300hp is quick. ne thing about 4 is relatively fast.. if ur break 500+hp/torque ur fast in my book. I fully PLAN to be at 5-650rwhp/toque range..but ya never know, shit always seems to come up. But yes that is fast to me. I am new to all this but im not stupid. He can drive that damn camaro and drive it well. He's not thacker so dont treat em as such.. I was at the last NASA even in road atlanta and guess what happen, there was a M6 in the track, My friend who is an instructor there, he was driving his 325 turbo in the track, when by turn 7 he pulls aside to let pass a C6 zo6 he said he look at the data of that lap and the ZO6 passed him at around 20mph over his track speed....... But then the ZO6 pulls fast to the side too......:ninja: so he looks to the left and there it is the M6 passing him like he was standing still, and a second latter passed the ZO6 and kept pullin all thru 8 and the straightaway......

If I had money I will get an M6 that is a the car of cars, and besides is german..:bow:

For 1 1/2hours on sunday I tried to get this guy to race, I even gave 4 cars and the move from a roll and he wouldnt. I even agreed to a dig race if we can go to 130 and he wouldnt.
