ICW rims?

Ok when i bought my civic it had these icw 10 spokes on it. some people tell me theyre nice some people tell me you can get them at pep boys

I'm just wondering what kind of reputation do they have are they good or what? theyre 17"

Hmmmm.... My friedn bought an accord with those rims on it. They look ok, but judging by his exhaust thats hanging by chains, they came from pep-boys. But what can I say. I have OBX wheels. If you like em' fuck everyone else.
