View Full Version : 1991 TOYOTA MR2 TURBO IN GA!!!

The MR2 has a built 3SGTE Motor. It has Wiseco pistons and a stock CT26 turbo which will prolly need to be changed soon. The chassi has 170000 miles on it but the motor only has about 20000 The car has the following mods and upgrades: Wiseco pistons CT26 turbocharger Custom hood NGK Iridiums Spark Plugs (Needs to be installed) Greddy Turbo Timer (Needs to be installed) Boost Gauge (Needs to be installed) Air/ Fuel Gauge (Needs to be installed) Alpine Headunit (Really NICE) 17" 5 Spoke Rims XTD Stage 3 Clutch(Needs to be installed) XTD Prolight Flywheel(Needs to be installed) NEW Slave Cylinder(Needs to be installed) NEW Master Cylinder(Needs to be installed) Mount Inserts(Needs to be installed) Fuel Ragulator(Needs to be intstalled) Slave cylinder extended rod(Needs to be installed) There is more minor stuff but I have all the paperwork that proofs that the car has a ton of money put into it.

Conditions: The interior is good but the seats are bad. The rear end has a hole the size of a tennis ball in it. The front end is not a Ferrari F355 front end anymore, its TOM. Right now the car starts up but doesnt run b/c the clutch, flywheel, slave, and master have to be installed (I have all of those). The compression on the cylinders 1, 3, 4 is 180 and on 2 is 90. are you sure thats a TOM's front bumper. I have never seen that listed as TOMs

No what I mean is that the one on the pics is the F355 but the one on the car RIGHT NOW is the TOM.

So, it's basically a car that has a bunch of parts that need to be installed? Was it a NA Swap? VIN SW21 or SW22?

no it is an original turbo man. Has a built 3sgte motor. I was going to keep the car so I bought all that stuff and now....i cant keep it and i am trying to sell it

it needs new rings...but its really convinient to fix it b/c you gotta take out the tranny and the motor to put in a new clutch. call my cell if you have anymore questions..4047548446

The MR2 does have a built motor but the rings are probobly damages or defected. Then again...keep the boost stock, you can still drive it for a while...I just dont recommend that b/c you will have a 50%-50% chance of ending up with a blown motor.
