The dyno #'s were my Z06 bone stock. The car ended up making 421rwhp with cam only, bolt on car. The car also made 551 on the bottle. The only track time I ever got on it was a 12.5 at 123 with a 2.9 60ft, 30 series tires. So, yes it was slow at the track. But on the hwy it would've drug that Mustang of yours. :jester: I'm just kidding on that, but I don't know how fast your car is. I know I raced a 351 '91 coupe in a heads/cam f-body and put 6 car lengths on him and then Chris, with the 03 Cobra, was behind me and he put 4 car lengths on him. What does your car run in the quarter? What is your hp/tq? Just wondering, I know you said 9's is hard to do. I just figured with your weight ratio you should have no problems getting there.

Anyways needless to say i ran back down stairs.. shortly after we head out the door to line the civic and the Z06 up. They get going about a 50 roll.. they both hit it, they are side by side till about 75-80, seth starts to pull just a hair.. when they both let off Seth in his Z06 was only about 2 cars ahead of Jason.. Now here's the funny part.. Seth drives an 03 Z06 with exhaust and 295 drag radials which were heated up.. Jason's civic had 13" bold street tires spinning the whole time.. OK maybe i'm wrong but i think Jason would of won that race if he wasn't spinnin..

I own a 2001 Firehawk Trans Am. Yes, I am sure it was faster than a 12. It ran a 12.5 with a 2.9 60 ft off the bottle. So, do not refer to a Z06 again because I do not own one. I sold it. The dyno #'s were my Z06 bone stock. The car ended up making 421rwhp with cam only, bolt on car. The car also made 551 on the bottle. The only track time I ever got on it was a 12.5 at 123 with a 2.9 60ft, 30 series tires. So, yes it was slow at the track. But on the hwy it would've drug that Mustang of yours. :jester: I'm just kidding on that, but I don't know how fast your car is. I know I raced a 351 '91 coupe in a heads/cam f-body and put 6 car lengths on him and then Chris, with the 03 Cobra, was behind me and he put 4 car lengths on him. What does your car run in the quarter? What is your hp/tq? Just wondering, I know you said 9's is hard to do. I just figured with your weight ratio you should have no problems getting there.

you may have beat me on the highway..you should with a 550 rwhp zo6. My old hatchback ran 11.3@123 with just a mild motor build and a 150 shot...60 foot was only a weak 1.70 and it only made 450 rwhp but 600 rwtq. I ran 11.97@115 on motor...it put about 340 rwhp/376 rwtq n/a.

I have the same motor now in a lighter coupe body but with a single turbo setup with a T-76. I haven't run it yet at the track or had a decent dyno since i've had some issues with getting the tune up right with my blowthru maf but i have a tunable ECU setup now (similar to ls1edit or HPtuners) thats lets me change every single parameter in the computer so i should be able to get a good tune now. I just got it running again this past sunday so i'll be doing some street tuning this week and may be out this weekend playing around a bit. Lets just say with 11-12 psi of boost its a ton faster then my old car was with a 150 shot...not 1000 rwhp or anything but should be at least in the 550 rwhp range on 93 octane.

Thats just a guess or maybe i should go find a fake dyno graph to post up. :D
