so today i drove my car harder than usual..still not hard though like to 6k..

i came out of work. 4 hrs later. and when i started it up, it almost died after idleing for about 2 seconds, it was goind down to like 300 rpm's.. i had to give it gas to keep it going, then it smoothened out..

are these things linked? or is it just the cold ect?

is it still doing it? any other symptoms besides that? how much gas did you have? sounds like a fuel problem if anything judging by that u had to gas it to keep it running. give us more info and u can get more help.

Check your wastegate as well ... maybe that has something to do with it?

either vaccum...or see if the reserc on the bov has come loss, or see if any of the intercooler is off.

My reserc came off on my stock BOV and I had the same exact thing happen.

if intercooler came off, i would not boost, and run rich like mike jones.

Do a boost leak test to begin with and if that doesn't help call a friend up and swap wires/plugs/distributor/ignitior with him to check that this components are working properly. If tha'ts not it I would do a voltage check on your MAF,TPS and Fuel pump. Sounds like a lot of things to check but you'll be surprised where this little issues come from sometimes.
