Grand turismo East is the best place to get any tire/suspension work done for modified cars...

well i would deffinately advise you to NEVER go to NTB, they stripped 3 of the 5 studs on my wheels, luckily they replaced them for free. Ummm.....so then after that, I went to a place called Perfect Performance, right by the cemetery/soccer fields/dic blick in roswell and they did a great job. cant remember the price sorry.

yep, thats what i said. it was right after i bought my car from Rick Case Hyundai, they claimed their alignment machine was "broken" so they told me to take it to NTB and they would pay for it. i didnt even know they were stripped until after i went to get my lowering springs put on, and the guy was taking off the wheel....but he couldnt get it off....lol

take it to Gran Turismo and you won't leave unhappy.

my car isnt that modded to go to a performance tuning shop. i wont have camber adjustment at all. i just want my toe set correctly so i dont kill my tires.

I got my alignment at campbel tire. It off highway 9 headed towards windward. My car is lowered and has adjustable control arms, but they didnt say anything about it like other shops would. It was only 60 dollars and were finished in about an hour.

i got tired mounted and alignment at i think it was butler. Place behind sidelines by the big chciken in marietta. They charge me 3-4 hundred to just take off my old tires, put on new ones, and alignment. I have the adjustable camber on it. I wasnt very happy.

would you guys recommend going to a regular firestone? or is that a bad idea?

Places like Firestone, Goodyear, Tires Plus and all those chain stores are really hit and miss. A basic alignment is pretty hard to f up but it happens all the time. The chain stores sometimes have good technicians and bad ones so unless you know a certain guy at a certain store, I'd pass just to avoid the potential hassle of their screw up.
In Roswell (well, Sandy Springs) I'd trust DeKalb Tire on Roswell Rd over a national chain joint. If you cant make it to Gran Turismo (add my vote of confidence to that place), DeKalb will probably do a good honest job for you.

alright awesome... i guess the price diff isnt too much between a performance shop vs a reg chain store.

I've been looking for a wheel balancing / alignmeny shop here in the ATL area. Think I've found a killer deal:
http://www.tiresplus.com/ads/Specials0206.pdf
The guy said as long as it can get on the rack they will do the alignment. $110 for unlimited alignments, one time oil change and one time wheel balancing is a hell of a deal. I'm going to print the coupon and ride up there to get an alignment done. Also, got to see about some tires for the LS mesh :goodjob:

they will still do a great alignment and likely cost less than the annoying big chains who will also toss in that you need new this that and the other and your oil pan fell off so they need to fix that for $1000 ;).
