It looks like it might have been on the outskirts of a show. See the paper on the windsheild of the patrol car.

It was an actual replica of a Cop car. I was leaving the area and some folks wanted to take a few pics. lol

Kind of figured it was a show car seeing as how GA State doesn't use those anymore and if they do they are rare.
