miller stick/tig welder and lincoln plasma cutter for trade

i have a miller maxstar 300 dx stick /tig welder with foot control and a Lincoln pro cut 25 plasma cutter that i would like to trade for a sport atv 450 or bigger. if it is a nice quad i have a jet metal lathe i could include also.
