my car has been acting funny for two weeks ,,,,when i make a sharp turn the car makes a loud popping noise and then it feels i just ran over something ,,its coming from the driver side and i changed the axles for both side (brand new),,i put the car on a lift to check everything and everything is fine halfshaftis fine lower control arms has good bushing still, spindels are normal, tires were changed not new but damn close to it ,,,,the car doesnt shake when im driving or nothing just when i turn out of my house or out of a gas station making a sharp turn i feel it pop!!!,,,,, any ideas anyone ,,,oh and i check the motor mounts they are in good condition but the transmission mount is broke but mechanic said not to make it pop like that........HELP PLEASE!!!!

could be mount depending on the severity, and also steering rack. had the same problem and sound in my miata

Sounds like the axle is bound up at full lock, new or not if there is another problem it will cause the axle pop.. Triple check that side!!

I check the tie rods and they nice and firm,,,,and mount isn't bad just tore very little,,,,and I guess I will triple check that side tomorrow ima see what wrong

Have you check lower ball joint and upper ball joint?

ball joints or the tierods being uneven lengths could do this.
if the tierods aren't the same length, one side will overextend and turn the wheel sharper than it is supposed to - this will cause axle to pop as it is the joint trying to turn sharper than designed. look at the thread of your tierods - if one has little/no threads showing for adjustment, and the other has a ton, there is your problem.
balljoints can look ok visibly fut fail internally and stick or wobble. also can cause a pop when turning.
