1990 honda civic wagon D15B1 automatic 2wd

replaced the main relay and fuel pump

i do not have any power to the fuel pump. i connected a jumper from the ignition wire from the radio harness to the (solid yellow, white stripe, single red dot) wire at the connector before the fuel pump. the fuel pump continues to pump but does not turn off. i am able to get the engine started but i cant seem to figure out why i dont get power. any advice?

yeah i couldn't find any bad. i started trying to trace the yellow wire back to the fuse panel under the dash but couldn't find it. when i lowered the fuse panel, the seat belts stopped working. something serious has happened and i think there is a short somewhere. i just cant find it and i must be looking in the wrong locations!

haha i would just move whatever wire you used for powering it testing it to a spot where it gets power with key on only and forget it.
