WTB: F22B DOHC ECU, F22B DOHC Header, OBD2a to OBD1 harness

I just swapped a 1998 JDM Prelude Si F22b Non-Vtec DOHC engine into my 1998 Prelude Base. I need a header and ecu for this engine. I've got an H22a4 Manual ECU and it's running like crap, willing to trade it for an obd1 non-vtec ecu and jumper harness if anybody has one, or i can buy it outright. Also need a header for this engine. Thanks
