Check for spark, and do you have any codes or check engine light on?

Valves adjusted properly? I didn't adjust my valves when I rebuilt my engine and it wouldn't start BC of that
piston rings gapped and installed right?

Check compression. My motor had spark and fuel and wouldn't start because of bad compression.
