Try spraying it with PB blaster or WD40 (soak it) then hit it with a higher torque impact gun.

if it has a flywheel on it, thread a bolt into one of the threads and place another bolt to jam it. have a buddy hold the motor and use a longgggg pipe with 1/2 socket to break it

PB blaster and a bigger impact. We use a snap on 1/2" gun at work with 1200 ft/lbs and it STILL has trouble on some honda crank bolts. for some reason honda likes to get them hulk tight.

There is a HONDA crank Pulley tool for this reason I have both for the civics' and accords .... you need a good 150 psi and a strong impact I have a Snap on 800ft and it takes everything off ....

If you don't have anything strong enough get that Crank pulley tool and a Big breaker bar and a exhaust pipe to extend your leverage .
