Thursday of last week the crank pulley fell off on I-75 and ever since the car will not start.
We pulled the pulley, bolt, and the key from a yard the following day.
New timing belt, water pump, plugs, and wires were changed since we were already under there.
The timing in DEAD on.
There is spark, its a light spark but its still getting a full arc on the plug.
There is plenty of fuel.
The cam gear is turning roughly 3/4-1 second for a full rotation with the key turned, is this normal?
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Did you check the compression?

I'll be doing that as soon as Oreillys opens tomorrow morning.
Is there any other possible issues?

is the rpm gauge reading anything when you try to crank it? if not check the crank sensor and see if it broke. this is assuming the engine turns over when it "wont crank"

my vote is still CKP (crank sensor). if you replaced your cluster (which is what i assume from what i gathered) this will not saolve the rpm problem but a crank sensor will.

Sorry about the poor grammar and total lack of complete sentences from before.
So the CPS is new, the wires and plugs are new the dizzy is pretty much new, and the cluster is the original one.
So with the f23a1 of you try to retard the timing with the 2 "female" electrical connecters on the coilit will advance it self and get you nowhere?...
But it's pulling a misfire code for 2 and 4 and p1399(manufacture specific) it's hard to describe what is going on at the moment so I'm borrowing a video tonight and will post a video or2
for a small fee since your close i'd gladly come by and get that thing running, if possible that is.
